Shipping Policy

  • We pride ourselves on our fast and efficient shipping methods. 

  • All ready-to-ship items are processed within 1-4 business days.

  • All custom items are processed within 14 business days. 

  • Our standard shipping carrier is USPS and UPS. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided via email for all orders.

  • At this time we do not ship internationally.

  • For expedited shipping options, please contact us for a customized quote.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Joyce's Joys. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return or exchange policy. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, They are:

 

You may return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days after confirmed delivery based on the tracking number. All items must be in their original packaging and new, unused condition. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item(s).

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
